Refund policy

When cancelling an order we can email you a gift card for our shop(we will round it up, for ex if you spend $13, you will get a $15 gift card) and you can use it to buy anything you'd like.

 

If you chose to refund to the original payment method there will be a $4.99 fee due to us getting charged multiple fees (fees when you place the order & fee for cancelling & refund)

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages from your postal service if your shipment is marked as "delivered". Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package.
